Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- water - 1 qt
- boiling water
- cloves - 1 tsp
- small can frozen orange juice - 1 item
- regular tea bags - 4 item
- small can frozen lemon juice - 1 item
- small can pineapple juice not frozen - 1 item
How to make spiced tea:
Let the water, cinnamon, cloves, tea and sugar simmer for 10 minutes. Add other ingredients and let set for 5 minutes. Will keep in the refrigerator for quite awhile.Recipe categories: Low protein, Drinks, Low fat.
