Spiced meat balls and vegetables


Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- water
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 1/2 c
- dry mustard
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- catsup - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- small whole onions - 6 item
- corn meal - 1/4 c
- raw carrots, halved - 4 item
- raw potatoes, quartered - 4 item
How to make spiced meat balls and vegetables:
Combine beef, onion, green peppers, corn meal, milk, egg, chili powder and other seasonings. Shape into 12 balls and roll in flour. Melt shortening in skillet; brown meat thoroughly. Add remaining flour, catsup and water. Place in Dutch oven; add vegetables and cover.
