Spanish rice
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- can corn - 1 item
- rice
- slices bacon - 4 item
- can consomme soup - 1 item
- hot peppers optional - 1 item
How to make spanish rice:
Cut up bacon very small; remove pits and slice olives. Combine all the ingredients. Bring to a boil, over lower heat, and cook until rice is finished. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Side dish.
