- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- cooking oil - 2 3
- margarine - 1/4 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- paprika to taste - 1 item
- chicken - 2 3
- milk or buttermilk - 1 c
How to make southern fried chicken:
Quarter chicken. Combine beaten eggs with milk or with buttermilk. Dip chicken into milk mixture; flour thoroughly and season. Cook chicken until golden brown.
