  • sugar - 3 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 6 c
  • baking powder - 4 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • shortening
  • lemon flavoring - 1 tsp
  • sour milk - 1 c

How to make sour cream cookies:

Mix together shortening and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Add rest of ingredients; mix well. Roll out. Cut and sprinkle tops with sugar. Also good frosted. Bake in 350° oven until done. The more sour the cream, the better the cookie.
