Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- brown sugar - 4 Tbsp
- margarine - 1 c
- pecans
- flour self-rising
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 c. pecans1 tsp. cinnamon4 Tbsp. brown sugar Cream margarine, sugar and eggs; mix until light and fluffy. Add flour, sour cream and vanilla. Mix well and spoon 1/2 batter into greased and floured Bundt pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of topping on batter in pan. Add remaining batter and cover with remaining topping. Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350°.
