Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- sour cream
- flour - 3 c
- cocoa - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- plus 1 Tbsp - 1/4 lb
- beaten eggs - 3 item
- Add eggs and sour cream until smooth
How to make sour cream cake:
Cream together margarine with sugar. Add eggs and sour cream until smooth. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and baking powder. Beat the flour mixture into the sour cream mixture until smooth.Filling:1/2 c. white sugar1/2 c. chopped walnuts1 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. cocoa Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Place half the batter in pan; cover with half the filling. Cover with remaining batter; cover with remaining filling.
