Ingredients/Components
- vanilla
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- sifted cake flour - 1 c
- butter or oleo - 1/2 c
- finely ground pecans - 1 c
How to make snow balls:
Sift cake flour and salt together. Set aside. Cream butter gradually; add granulated sugar and beat, creaming until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients. Stir in pecans.
