How to make smoked turkey:
Make brine using ingredients listed. Soak turkey 24 hours. Rinse off brine and dry with paper towels. Oil bird lightly with salad oil. Anchor neck skin. Place turkey on rack in roaster, breast side down. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, then at 2Recipe categories: Main dish, Turkey, Whole turkey.
