Sliced baked potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- medium potatoes - 4 item
- tsp salt - 1 item
- to 3 Tbsp melted butter - 2 item
- Tbsp grated cheddar cheese - 4 item
- to 3 Tbsp chopped herbs, such as parsley, chives, thyme or sage - 2 item
- 1/2 Tbsp parmesan cheese - 1 item
How to make sliced baked potatoes:
Peel potatoes if the skin is tough; otherwise, just scrub and rinse them. Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through. Put potatoes in a baking dish. Fan the potatoes slightly. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with herbs. Bake potatoes at 425° for about 50 minutes or until lightly browned, cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft inside.
