Shrimp creole



Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- shortening - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
- cooked small shrimp - 2 c
- large sliced onion - 1 item
- small minced garlic clove - 1 item
- large sliced green pepper - 1 item
How to make shrimp creole:
In large skillet, cook pepper, onion and garlic in shortening. Stir in soup, lemon juice, salt, pepper and shrimp. Heat and serve over fluffy rice. Serves six.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
