Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- can English peas, drained - 1 item
- can white Shoepeg corn, drained - 1 item
- can French-style green beans, drained - 1 item
- jar pimento, drained - 1 item
How to make shoepeg corn salad:
Bring vinegar, sugar and oil to a boil and pour over corn, green beans, English peas, pimento and onion; toss lightly. Marinate in refrigerator, then serve cold or reheat and serve warm.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Corn, Onions.
