Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- grated onion - 1 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- Dijon-style mustard
- dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
- tomato puree - 2 Tbsp
How to make seafood sauce:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with cooked shellfish.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Condiments, etc..
