Seafood sauce



Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce
- prepared horseradish - 1/3 c
- ketchup - 1/3 c
- chili sauce - 1/2 c
- minced celery - 1/4 c
How to make seafood sauce:
Try this sauce the next time you make shrimp cocktail.Combine all ingredients. Place in jar, cover and chill before serving. If a milder sauce is preferred, substitute 1/4 cup pureed canned tomatoes for half the chili sauce. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
