Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 item
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- potatoes, sliced - 8 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- pork chops or 3 cups diced ham, fat removed - 4 item
- grated Cheddar or Colby cheese - 1 pkg
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Layer half of the pork chops, onion, flour and cheese in casserole dish. Repeat with the other half. Save some cheese for top of casserole. Add milk to mushroom soup and pour over the top. Cook at 375° till done. Sprinkle with additional cheese the last 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
