Scalloped pineapple
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- large can pineapple chunks, drained - 1 item
- sticks margarine, melted - 2 item
- slices white bread with no crust - 8 item
How to make scalloped pineapple:
Melt butter and let cool. Beat eggs well. Add sugar, milk and salt to eggs. Add butter and pineapple. Cut bread into cubes with steak knife. Toss into pineapple mixture lightly. Butter bottom of casserole dish. Pour in mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Broil lightly, if needed.
