Sausage stars

Ingredients/Components

• vegetable oil - 1 item
• 25 oz - 1 can
• 1 lb - 2 c
• grated sharp Cheddar cheese
• grated Monterey Jack cheese
• chopped red or green bell pepper - 1/2 c
• wonton wrappers or egg roll wrappers, cut in fourths - 1 pkg
• prepared Hidden Valley Ranch Original Ranch dressing mix - 1 c

How to make sausage stars:

Preheat oven to 350°. Blot sausage dry with paper towels and combine with cheeses, salad dressing, olives and pepper. Lightly grease a mini (or regular) muffin tin and press 1 wrapper in each cup. Brush with oil. Bake 5 minutes until golden. Remove from tins. Place on baking sheet. Fill with approximately 1 teaspoon of sausage mixture. Bake 5 minutes until bubbly. Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
