Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 5 Tbsp
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
  • onion powder - 1 tsp
  • box hot roll mix* - 1 item
  • Let rise only once for 30 minutes

How to make sausage roll:

Mix according to directions on box. Let rise only once for 30 minutes. Cut in half and roll out. Put Sausage Mixture on dough and spread out. Roll up and seal; lay on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 2 rolls.

*Use Pillsbury hot roll mix.Sausage Mixture:1 lb. sausage, browned and drained2 eggs1 Tbsp. parsley1 tsp. onion powder1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. oregano5 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese2 c. Mozzarella cheese
