Sausage casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 4 item
- grated sharp cheese - 2 c
- sausage, cooked and crumbled - 1 lb
How to make sausage casserole:
Place cubed bread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish. Spread cooked sausage over bread, then top with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bread, sausage and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until eggs are done. Excellent for Thanksgiving or Christmas morning.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
