Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- sausage - 1 lb
- sauerkraut - 1 (16
How to make sausage balls:
Crumble, cook and drain sausage. Drain sauerkraut. Combine with sausage and cream cheese. Refrigerate until cool. Roll into balls. Dip in egg and milk mixture. Roll balls in bread crumbs and parsley mix. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 30 to 40 balls.Note: You may use "hot" sausage if you like it hot.
