  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • can water chestnuts - 1 item
  • cup chopped onion - 1 item
  • cup chopped celery - 1 item
  • cups water - 2 item
  • pound hot sausage - 1 item
  • cup uncooked rice - 1 item
  • pound mild bulk sausage - 1 item

How to make sausage and rice casserole:

Brown sausages, onion and celery. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 325° in a covered container for 1 1/2 hours.
