Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 9 item
  • milk - 3 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • dash of dry mustard - 1 item
  • slices bread no crust - 12 item
  • ground sausage, fried and drained
  • shredded cheese part Cheddar and part Velveeta

How to make sausage and egg casserole:

Cut bread into cubes (9 cubes per slice). Mix all ingredients together and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 12.
