Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- catsup
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef
- Quick Quaker oats - 3/4 c
How to make saucy little meat loaves:
Topping:1 1/2 c. catsup1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar1 Tbsp. mustard For meat loaves, combine all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into individual meat loaves (about 3 x 2-inches) in shallow pan.For topping, combine all ingredients, spread over the top. Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.
