Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- finely chopped onion - 1/3 c
- can salmon, drained - 1 oz
- saltines, crushed - 5 item
How to make salmon patties:
In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Shape into six patties. In a skillet, fry patties in margarine over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until heated through. Yield: 3 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
