Salmon croquettes
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- cream - 1 c
- beaten egg - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- parsley, minced - 1 Tbsp
- salmon, chopped fine - 1 lb
How to make salmon croquettes:
Combine salmon, salt, parsley, cayenne pepper and lemon juice. Place cream into a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Blend flour and butter; then stir into boiling cream. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir salmon mix in and season to taste. Mix well. Let cool. Form into croquettes; roll first in beaten egg, then bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Salmon.
