Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- finely chopped celery - 1/4 c
How to make salisbury steak:
Combine meat, celery, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and onion. Shape into oval patties 1-inch thick. Brown on both sides in butter in a skillet. Combine soup and water, then pour around meat.
