Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 4 item
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • cup water - 1/2 item
  • cup sugar - 1 item
  • cup oil - 1/2 item
  • yellow cake mix dry - 1 item
  • small package instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
  • cup rum - 1/2 item
  • Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped PECANS

How to make rum cake:

Grease and flour a bundt pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped PECANS. Pour batter over pecans in pan. Bake in a preheated 325° oven for one hour to 1 hour, 10 minutes. Let cool 20 minutes. Pour GLAZE over cake while still in the pan. Do not remove cake from pan until completely cool.Rum Glaze:1/4 cup water1/2 cup rum1 cup sugar1 stick butter Pour over cake.
