Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 3/4
- can cream mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- soup can water - 1/2 item
- flakes or fresh onion, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- to 12 small potatoes, peeled and sliced - 10 item
How to make rotel potatoes:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, mix Ro-Tel tomatoes, Cheddar cheese soup, mushroom soup, water, onion, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over potatoes in a greased baking dish. Place margarine slice on top and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
