Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese - 2 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp

- milk - 1/4 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 1
- unsweetened chocolate
- butter or margarine, softened - 1/4 c
- miniature marshmallows
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
How to make rocky road fudge bars:
Filling:1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened and divided1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened1 egg1/2 tsp. vanilla1/4 c. chopped walnuts1 6-oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, optional Frosting:2 c. miniature marshmallows1/4 c. butter or margarine 1-oz. unsweetened chocolate2 oz. cream cheese1/4 c. milk1 lb. box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt 1/2 c. butter and 1 oz. chocolate; add remaining BAR ingredients; mix well. Spread in prepared pan.In small bowl, combine 6-oz. cream cheese with next 5 FILLING ingredients; blend until smooth and fluffy. Stir in nuts and spread over chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces. Bake 25-35 minutes or until it tests done.
Sprinkle marshmallows over top and bake 2 minutes longer. In large saucepan over low heat, melt 1/4 c. butter, 1 oz. chocolate, remaining 2 oz. cream cheese and milk. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Immediately pour over marshmallows and swirl together.
Makes about 3 dozen bars.
