Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- bouillon cube - 1 item
- can onion soup - 1 item
- regular rice - 1 c
How to make rice casserole:
Bring water and cube to a boil. Add 1/2 stick oleo and soup. Heat to boil. Pour over rice in 1 3/4-quart casserole dish. Cover with foil. Put in oven for 30 minutes at 350°. Uncover and add mushrooms. Bake for 30 minutes or more.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
