- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
- rice - 1 c
How to make rice cakes:
Cook rice in boiling water until tender; drain and add beaten eggs, flour and salt. Mix well. Spoon into skillet of hot cooking oil. Let brown on each side by turning. Put on paper towels; let drain, then serve. Serves as bread for breakfast, lunch or dinner.Recipe categories: Rice, White rice, Short Grain rice.
