- stick margarine - 1 item
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- rhubarb, diced - 4 5
- Add next 5 ingredients
How to make rhubarb cake:
Cream together first 3 ingredients. Add next 5 ingredients. Put rhubarb on top of batter mixture.Topping Mixture:3/4 c. flour1/2 c. sugar1/4 c. margarine cinnamon Put on top of rhubarb. Use 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
