Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1 item
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• stick margarine - 1 item
• buttermilk - 1 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• margarine - 1/4 c
• rhubarb, diced - 4 5
• Add next 5 ingredients

How to make rhubarb cake:

Cream together first 3 ingredients. Add next 5 ingredients. Put rhubarb on top of batter mixture.Topping Mixture:3/4 c. flour1/2 c. sugar1/4 c. margarine cinnamon Put on top of rhubarb. Use 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
