Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- caraway seed - 2 Tbsp
- Swiss cheese - 8 oz
- noodles - 1 pkg
- can corned beef - 1 item
- can cheese soup - 1 item
- can sauerkraut - 1 item
How to make reuben casserole:
Cook noodles as directed and line bottom of a 13 x 9-inch dish. Sprinkle over noodles 2 tablespoons caraway seed. Crumble corned beef over noodles. Spread sauerkraut over meat. Mix cheese soup with milk and pour over. Spread Swiss cheese over top. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
