Refrigerator pineapple cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- cornstarch - 2 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- almond extract - 1/2 tsp
- nonfat cottage cheese - 3 c
- pineapple juice - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz
- light margarine - 3 Tbsp
How to make refrigerator pineapple cheesecake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Bring pineapple juice to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat and add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Remove mixture from heat and cool to lukewarm. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and margarine. Press onto bRecipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Pineapple.
