Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- celery seed - 1 Tbsp
- sliced onion - 1 c
- sliced cucumbers unpeeled - 9 c
- chopped or sliced green pepper - 1 c
How to make refrigerator pickles:
Put in container that has a tight lid.Heat 2 cups sugar and 1 cup vinegar. Pour hot juice over cucumbers. Put lid on and put in icebox. Stir often the first day every 2 to 3 hours. Eat next day.
