Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- white vinegar
- each pkg - 2 oz
- minced red or green peppers
- minced hot red or green peppers - 1/2 c
How to make red or green pepper jelly:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil and boil for 6 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in fruit pectin and continue to boil 3 more minutes. Remove from heat. Skim off foam. Pour into hot sterile jars. Makes about 7 half-pints.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Spreads, Jellies.
