- sugar - 1/2 c
- plain flour - 2 c
- butter 2 sticks - 1/2 lb
How to make real scottish shortbread:
Cream the butter and sugar. Add flour. Put in a 5 x 9-inch pan. Prick with fork. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cut in squares while still warm. Put in tin to remain fresh.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 60 mins, Cookie and brownie.
