Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- shortening - 2/3 c
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- ice water
- white vinegar - 1 tsp
How to make quick pie crust:
Combine flour, salt and shortening in mixing bowl. Put a lid on it and shake until it looks like corn meal. Add ice water and vinegar; shake until it forms a ball. Roll out and place in a pie plate. Makes 2 crusts.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, < 15 mins.
