- cornstarch - 1 2
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- small can English peas, drained - 1 item
- or 2 cans buttermilk biscuits - 1 item
- to 6 Irish potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch circles - 4 item
How to make quick chicken pot pie:
Cover chicken with water in pot; add onion, salt and pepper and cook until chicken is tender. Remove chicken to cool. Pull into small pieces.
