  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • Bisquick - 2 c
  • chopped onion - 3/4 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • bottle barbecue sauce - 1 oz

How to make quick barbecue beef bake:

Heat oven to 400°. Cook beef and 1/2 cup onion until beef is brown. Stir in barbecue sauce. Spoon into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish (ungreased). Sprinkle with cheese.

Stir Bisquick, milk and eggs until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Sprinkle with remaining onion. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until crust is light golden brown.
