Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 4 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- pumpkin pie spice - 2 tsp
- canned pumpkin - 2/3 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
How to make pumpkin roll:
Mix well eggs, sugar, flour, soda and pumpkin pie spice and fold in canned pumpkin and lemon juice. Grease large cookie sheet, then spread mix on it. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. While still warm, roll like a jelly roll in a damp towel.Filling: Keep powdered sugar and cream cheese in fridge until ready to use. Melt butter. Add vanilla. Mix until smooth and spread over bread. Roll like a jelly roll.
