- cream cheese
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- salad oil - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick margarine room temperature - 1 item
- pumpkin, cooked - 2 c
How to make pumpkin cake:
Icing:3 oz. cream cheese1 stick margarine (room temperature)1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped pecans Cream together, then add dry ingredients; mix well. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes.
