  • soda - 2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • pumpkin - 2 c
  • Wesson oil - 1 c

How to make pumpkin cake:

Mix pumpkin, eggs and oil together well. Then add remaining ingredients and beat well by hand. Bake at 350° 30 to 40 minutes.
