Pumpkin cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 2 c
• oil
• soda - 2 tsp
• chopped dates - 1 c
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• pumpkin - 2 c
• allspice - 1 tsp

How to make pumpkin cake:

Mix oil, sugar, flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, allspice and pumpkin. Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each egg is added. Add vanilla, nuts and dates. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
