Pretzel salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- pkg - 8 9
- 1/2 stick melted butter - 1 item
- boxes frozen strawberries - 2 oz
- small pretzels I prefer the small thin sticks, I break them in half - 2 c
- small boxes or 1 large strawberry jello - 2 item
How to make pretzel salad:
Mix pretzels, butter and sugar together. Spread into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 8 minutes at 400°. Do not overbake. Allow to cool.Cream sugar and cheese together. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over pretzel layer. Mix jello with 2 cups boiling water. Add frozen strawberries to jello. Let stand 10 minutes. Pour over cheese layer. Refrigerate.
