Ingredients/Components
- tbsp margarine - 1 item
- cup granulated sugar - 1 item
- tbsp water - 5 item
- cup firmly packed brown sugar - 1 item
- tbsp corn syrup - 1 item
- cup whole pecans - 2 item
How to make pralines:
In a 2 quart sauce pan combine ingredients including pecans. Boil to soft ball stage 238° on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat. Stir rapidly until gloss is lost. Drop onto wax paper by teaspoons. Let harden.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Candy.
