Potatoes romanoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese
- bunch chopped green onions - 1 item
- medium baking potatoes, cook unpeeled until tender - 6 item
How to make potatoes romanoff:
Peel potatoes after cooked. Grate into large bowl. Add remaining ingredients plus salt and pepper. Mix well. Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours covered or overnight. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Potato, Main dish, Casseroles.
