Potato soup



Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 3 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- Chives optional - 1 item
How to make potato soup:
Cut potatoes in small cubes. Pour in water and cook until tender on low heat. Put milk, salt, pepper, chives and butter in and bring to a slow boil. Cook for approximately 3 minutes. Good plain or garnished with grated cheese.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
