Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 qt
- milk - 2 3
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- potatoes, cubed - 5 lb
How to make potato soup:
Boil potatoes until tender; drain. Add milk, half and half, onion, salt and pepper. Heat through. Slowly add chunks of Velveeta, stirring after each addition to melt. Use low heat to avoid scorching.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
