Potato salad



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- water - 1/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 6 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 4 item
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- sweet pickles, diced - 2 item
- Add mustard, then add butter, eggs, water and vinegar
How to make potato salad:
Mix flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Add mustard, then add butter, eggs, water and vinegar. Stir and cook over medium heat until thick. Add mayonnaise and mix with potato mixture. Best if added when potatoes are warm and made the day ahead. May need to add more mayonnaise or pickle juice if dry.
